Senior Analyst Operations Intelligence

Role Overview: You are a Senior Analyst, Operations Intelligence at Electronic Arts, responsible for converting operational data into decisions, clarity, and alignment. Your role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Operations to define metrics and drive impact by identifying high-value opportunities for stability, efficiency, and developer productivity. You will report to the Senior Manager, Gamekit Operations Solutions. Responsibilities: - Own and evolve operational metrics measuring maturity, stability, efficiency, and risk across GameKit platforms. - Drive monthly and quarterly reporting, develop dashboards to uncover root causes, and build analytical models for prioritization and investment. - Analyze AI-assisted tooling performance, measure accuracy, automation ROI, and data quality. Identify friction patterns and recommend improvements. - Mentor and guide junior data analysts and assist in creating an Operations Insights Paradigm. Qualifications: - 8+ years experience in operations analytics, data analysis, platform insights, or technical program analysis. - Proficiency in analytical modeling, data storytelling, building dashboards, BI tools, SQL, and AI/ML evaluation metrics. - Experience collaborating with SRE, product, or engineering teams to translate complex findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
