Senior Analyst Operations Intelligence

As a Senior Analyst, Operations Intelligence at Electronic Arts, you will play a vital role in converting operational data into decisions, clarity, and alignment within the GameKit Operations team. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and evolving operational metrics to measure maturity, stability, efficiency, and risk across GameKit platforms. - Driving monthly and quarterly reporting, creating dashboards to reveal root causes, and building analytical models for prioritization and investment. - Analyzing the performance of AI-assisted tooling, measuring accuracy, automation ROI, and data quality. - Identifying friction patterns across teams and recommending process, tooling, or workflow improvements. - Mentoring and guiding junior data analysts and contributing to the creation of an Operations Insights Paradigm. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in operations analytics, data analysis, platform insights, or technical program analysis. - Skills in analytical modeling and data storytelling. - Experience in building dashboards, working with BI tools, and SQL. - Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation metrics and analytics for AI-assisted workflows. - Experience collaborating with SRE, product, or engineering teams. - Ability to translate complex operational findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
