Job Description

The senior analyst for Organizational Analytics with expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) integration will play a crucial role in developing technology strategies and architecture. By staying updated on industry best practices and fostering external relationships, you will ensure the optimization of processes and practices. Collaborating closely with team leads, you will contribute towards achieving project objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include working with onsite leads to complete assigned tasks, developing codes to enhance business applications, and designing new programs that align with organizational requirements. Conducting discovery, design, and configuration workshops for clients will be a key aspect of your role. You will be tasked with formulating program specifications, creating prototypes, and translating software designs into functional code. Additionally, your role will involve maintaining coding standards and documentation even when working under tight deadlines. A successful candidate for this position should ideally possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in computer programming, computer science, or related fields. With 3 to 5 years of experience in translating business needs into scalable solutions, you should have a strong background in developing programs using various programming languages. Your technical skills should include proficiency in LMS platforms such as CSOD, SABA, Moodle, and others, along with expertise in languages like PHP, .Net, Python, Node JS, and databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle. Experience in Rest API integration, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript will be beneficial. In addition to technical skills, strong analytical capabilities, a holistic business perspective, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a global setting are essential. The role also requires competence in cross-cultural interactions and the ability to communicate proficiently in various forms.
