As a Senior Analyst/Lead Workday HRIS Integrations & Reporting at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday, the Global Human Resources platform. Your primary responsibilities will include the following: - Integration Design and Implementation: - Collaborate with HR stakeholders globally to drive the design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday integrations. - Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems for accurate and efficient HR data management. - Subject Matter Expertise: - Provide guidance on HR interpretations and best practices, shaping HR processes, and ensuring compliance. - Stay updated with Workday HCM data integration and interface to consult with internal and external customers on Vishay's HR data landscape. - Reporting: - Design, troubleshoot, and build reports using Workday reporting tools, including Prism. - Maintain a reporting inventory, validate data, and provide insights for decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with a focus on Workday integration and reporting administration. - Workday Integration or Reporting Certificate (preferred). - Experience in XSLT Transformation and XML. - Hands-on experience with third-party applications using Workday Integration tools and understanding of HRIS design principles. - Understanding of Workday Reporting Capabilities, including Prism. - Advanced HR Knowledge and Global Team Experience. - Customer Service, Communication, and Organizational Skills. - Bachelors Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Work Experience.,
