Job Description

As a Trade Finance Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a vital role in authorizing Trade Finance transactions such as Letter of Credit, Documentary Collections, SBLC, and SCF within agreed timelines and with high accuracy. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in LC issuance and LC advising. - Coordinating with clients for seamless transaction processing. - Queue management, work allocation, and tracking of assigned transactions to ensure timely completion. - Preparation of various Management Information System (MIS) reports and daily reporting of processed activities. - Managing client relationships and ensuring robust governance, controls, and compliance. - Handling escalations and resolutions effectively. - Monitoring performance, conducting internal reviews with the team, and ensuring delivery, quality, and exception handling. - Identifying and resolving exceptions, reporting, and escalating issues promptly. - Maintaining quality, accuracy, and Turnaround Time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA). Your profile should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a degree in commerce. - Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong typing skills and hands-on knowledge of MS Office. - Good understanding of ICC Regulations such as UCP, ISBP, ISP, Incoterms 2020, URR, and URC. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements like OFAC, Boycott Language, Trade Finance Red Flag, etc. - Capability to understand process documents like SOPs and process transactions within agreed timelines. - CDCS certification is preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Trade Finance domain.
