Senior Analyst - HR Shared Services

As a part of our Human Resources vertical, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects related to people within the organization. This includes handling functions such as compensation and benefits, leave management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and fostering organization development and culture. Your position will be within the HR Operations team, focused on delivering essential backend HR services to support business operations. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Developing clear policies and employee handbooks to communicate company operations effectively - Sending detailed emails to new hires with relevant information about the organization and their role - Providing technical support to ensure new hires are equipped with necessary hardware/software - Managing paperwork like NDAs and contracts efficiently - Conducting welcoming activities, including office tours and introductions to team members - Facilitating induction processes for new employees - Verifying documents of new joiners - Managing employee data effectively - Overseeing Exit Management procedures, working closely with employees to support them through exit formalities. Your role will require a blend of behavioral skills such as aptitude, communication, and creativity, along with proficiency in technology, particularly in Microsoft Office Applications and Microsoft Excel. An educational qualification of Any Graduate is necessary for this position.,
