Senior Analyst, Global Incentive Compensation Operations

As a Senior Analyst in the International Incentive Compensation team based in Hyderabad, your role will be crucial in the sales commission processing during the monthly commission close cycle. You will collaborate closely with global Sales Compensation teams in America, Europe, and Asia, participating in audits, data quality reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E) testing, and providing support in reporting data. This is an excellent opportunity to engage extensively with the wider global Incentive Compensation functions. Responsibilities: - Produce and complete the commissions close audits with a high level of accuracy. - Collaborate with other GIC teams to ensure accurate commission numbers within set timelines and schedules. - Focus on continuous process improvement in processes, audits, documentations, and procedures related to close cycle activities. - Generate necessary audit reports, perform reviews, and take essential actions. - Provide support ranging from simple report generation to complex analysis from multiple sources. - Engage in cross-functional collaboration and demonstrate functional knowledge of Org62 and Xactly. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses and execute assigned projects as required. - Act as a trusted partner for all upstream and downstream business functions. Required Skills/Experience: - 7+ years of work experience. - Proficiency in automated sales commissions systems and their set-up and operation (e.g. Xactly, Callidus, SPIFF ICM, Oracle EIM, etc.). - Advanced skills in MS Excel including model building, advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and VBA. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and process orientation. - Effective communication across functional groups and ability to drive effective issue resolution through team collaboration. - Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing. - Proactive in learning, adapting, and suggesting process improvement ideas. - Responsive to tight deadlines and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Additional technical skills such as SQL and Python would be advantageous.,
