Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience, a strong background in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. ### Roles and Responsibility Maintain accurate records in the system and Excel. Validate information and documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure verification from sources as per client guidelines. Follow up with HR SPOC/Institute/Colleges/Universities for closing verifications or collect information/documents from candidates. Coordinate with verification sources and update internal databases. Close verification checks within defined timelines and coordinate with other operations departments for closures if necessary. ### Job Requirements Graduate or Post-Graduate degree. Strong understanding of commercial and legal requirements. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy while being adaptable and creative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
