Role Overview: As a member of the team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your role will involve completing all tax or statutory audit work required for the designated GFA entities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely statutory and tax filings for the designated entities, in accordance with the agreed timetable. Your key responsibilities will also include identifying and implementing standardized processes and procedures across countries and entities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting. Additionally, you will be tasked with calculating, tracking, and monitoring adjustments required for financial statements prepared under the Global Process Model to align with local legislation. Key Responsibilities: - Completion of all tax or statutory audit work for designated GFA entities - Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely statutory and tax filings - Implementing standardized processes and procedures for financial reporting efficiency - Calculating and monitoring adjustments for financial statement conversion - Timely and accurate submission of financial statements and tax returns - Achieving local compliance for external reporting activities - Driving key projects for process improvement - Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders - Successful conclusion of statutory and tax audit activities - Strong planning and organizing ability for timely task completion Qualifications Required: - Minimum education to degree level or equivalent - Experience in a similar financial reporting position with exposure to multiple Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) methods - Experience in a global business within a multi-currency and country environment - Extensive experience in the preparation of full statutory accounts and statutory audit process - Fluency in English language - Expertise with SAP ERP System would be highly beneficial - Qualified in a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA/ACA or similar) preferred - 4 years of experience in statutory audit (Note: The job description did not provide any additional details about the company),
