Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing product costs to unlock enterprise value. This high-visibility role partners directly with Merchandising, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Finance to produce actionable insights that inform strategic decisions on vendor performance, and product cost optimization Strategies.
- Analyze product cost drivers & variance and translate findings into clear, prioritized actions.
- Run scenarios & sensitivities to quantify trade-offs and risk.
- Stand up automations (SQL/Python) for recurring reports, data quality checks, and benefit tracking to reduce cycle times and manual effort.
- Build executive-ready insights that distill complex analyses into actionable insights for VP/C-suite decisions (e.g., Cost out strategies)

Years Of Experience
2+ years' experience in analytical role along with proficiency in Sql & Excel/Power BI and Statistics. Retail & Finance domain knowledge is a good to have

Bachelor in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Math or BusinessSkill Set RequiredHands-on experience working with Enterprise level databases (e.g., Hadoop, GCP, DB2)Visual story telling with dashboards in Power Bi, Superset, ExcelExcellent communications skills to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerExperience working with multiple stakeholders across locations
