Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position in Pune, Maharashtra, India should have a deep understanding of the process area and be able to apply this knowledge effectively to operational situations in order to provide efficient solutions. It is important for the candidate to be able to identify discrepancies and suggest optimal solutions using a logical and systematic approach. Being open-minded to inputs and views from team members is crucial, as well as being able to lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objectives. The candidate should be self-directed, proactive, and should strive to meet internal and external customer needs by auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing available frameworks and tools. Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors is essential. Responsibilities include possessing strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, experience in SAP tool, SCL, Ariba, OCR, and other applications, expertise in investigating critical queries/issues and providing concrete resolutions, regular communication with clients, diversified knowledge in vendor master data and service desk queries, escalating issues to clients and internal managers in a timely manner to prevent client escalation, identifying and addressing issues with minimal support from SMEs of the process. Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM) - Ability to understand, manage, and calculate risks - Strong logical and quantitative abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction - Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to network, earn confidence of diverse client personnel, and interact with and manage eClerx India based operations team eClerx Financial Markets offers consulting, technological innovation, and process management expertise to solve operational challenges for financial organizations globally.
