Designing and developing DDR I/O circuits to meet stringent performance and power requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate silicon IP into SoCs efficiently. Conducting detailed circuit simulations and layout verification to ensure design accuracy. Interfacing with internal teams to address design issues and implement solutions. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and technological advancements. Documenting design processes and methodologies for future reference and continuous improvement. Playing a key role in the success of Synopsys Silicon IP business by delivering reliable and cutting-edge solutions. What You'll Need: BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience with MTech or 5 years with BTech in CMOS circuit design and layout methodology. Strong knowledge of deep submicron process technologies and CMOS processes. Familiarity with JEDEC requirements for DDR interfaces and standards. Experience with ASIC design flow and ESD concepts is an advantage.
