Senior AML Analyst

Role Overview: At CoinDCX, the Compliance & Risk Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of operations within regulatory frameworks in the complex world of blockchain. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for conducting investigations, identifying risks, and collaborating with various teams to safeguard the future of digital finance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct investigations to identify risks and report Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) within stipulated time frames - Work across multiple compliance workflows to prevent activities of bad actors - Assist in handling Know Your Customer (KYC) manual exceptions and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers - Perform detailed investigations on blockchain analytics to identify and mitigate risks - Conduct quality checks for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and transaction reviews - Collaborate with customer service, product, and analytics teams - Ensure timely escalation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders - Identify gaps and recommend controls to relevant stakeholders - Recommend and drive process changes to improve surveillance efficiency and effectiveness - Actively work as a team player and contribute to business objectives Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Graduation and previous experience of at least 1-3 years in a similar role; experience in Banking or Financial Services would be advantageous - Ability to multitask and prioritize work - Ability to work on a shift basis - Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Additional Details: CoinDCX is on a mission to make Web3 accessible to all and is focused on developing cutting-edge products to bridge the gap between people and Web3 technologies.
