Senior AIML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at MSBC, you will have a pivotal role in developing and deploying machine learning models and data-driven systems for use in production environments. This position is well-suited for engineers with a strong background in successfully executing end-to-end AI/ML projects. You will work with a variety of tools and frameworks, including programming languages such as Python with FastAPI, Flask, and Django, machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, data pipelines using Pandas, Spark, and Airflow, model deployment with FastAPI, Flask, Docker, and MLflow, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in version control using Git is also essential for this role. Your responsibilities will involve designing and developing machine learning models tailored to meet specific business needs, constructing and managing data pipelines for training and inference workflows, training, evaluating, and optimizing models for accuracy and performance, deploying models in production environments using containerized solutions, working with structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring robust monitoring, retraining, and versioning of models, contributing to architecture and design discussions for AI/ML systems, documenting processes, results, and deployment procedures clearly, and collaborating effectively with software engineers, data engineers, and business teams. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in delivering ML solutions in production settings, strong programming skills in Python, a deep understanding of ML fundamentals, experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering techniques, practical knowledge in model deployment and lifecycle management, proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation, familiarity with APIs, containers, and cloud deployment, understanding of CI/CD practices and version control, ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced projects, excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with distributed teams, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
