Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer

As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer at Workato, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing AI and Machine Learning products to enhance user experiences. Your expertise in software engineering and deep knowledge of machine learning systems will be instrumental in your success. Here is what you will be responsible for: - Designing and implementing advanced AI/ML systems focusing on LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG architectures. - Developing conversational AI interfaces that support multi-turn interactions, maintain context, and escalate to human agents when needed. - Building production-grade AI pipelines for data processing, model training, fine-tuning, and serving at scale. - Implementing feedback loops and continuous learning systems to enhance model performance over time. - Creating analytics dashboards to track automation effectiveness and measure key performance indicators. - Leading technical initiatives for integrating AI systems into existing products and services. - Collaborating with data scientists and ML researchers to implement and operationalize new AI approaches and models.
