Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer at our organization, you will be an integral part of the Digital Engineering team with a primary focus on Innovation Initiatives. Your role will involve contributing to cutting-edge AI-driven platforms and future-trend projects. The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone with a deep expertise in machine learning and AI, along with a track record of developing scalable solutions. A delivery-focused mindset is essential for this role, emphasizing quick and incremental outputs within an agile environment. Your responsibilities will include developing cutting-edge AI solutions for future trends, rapidly prototyping and delivering impactful features (DemoBytes), integrating existing libraries/datasets for novel applications, developing select features from scratch when required, collaborating cross-functionally on AI innovations, proactively improving systems based on AI trends, participating in agile development processes, and delivering frequent and incremental outputs. Balancing innovation with practicality will be a key aspect of this role. To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. You should have experience in leading a team of at least 5 members. Proficiency in Python is a must, and familiarity with Java and R is also desirable. Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision is crucial. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is highly preferred. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, familiarity with agile development methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills are also required to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
