Senior AI Engineer

Job Title:

• Lead the design and development of

  agentic AI systems

  and

  GenAI-powered automation

  solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite, Sharepoint etc.).
• Expertise in using

  LLM-based applications

  based on models like GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.
• Develop and optimize

  prompt engineering workflows

  and reusable agentic components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for AI and automation initiatives.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and act as a technical escalation point.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards in AI implementations.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years

  of software engineering experience, with at least

  2 years in AI/ML or GenAI

  development.
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDKs).
• Exposure to Saas Based CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk etc.
• Proven experience in building and deploying

  LLM-based applications

  and

  agentic workflows

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  prompt engineering

  ,

  model fine-tuning

  , and

  embedding techniques

  .
• Familiarity with

  ML Ops

  tools such as MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with

• AI/GenAI certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., DeepLearning.AI, Google, Microsoft).
