Job Description

Your role and responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and tools on IBM Watsonx Orchestrate.

Lead data pipeline development and integration for AI initiatives.

Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Collaborate with global stakeholders (S2P, CIO, Chief Data Office, Consulting).

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.

Develop and maintain a test and evaluation framework to assess performance and quality.

Design test plans and collaborate with teams to ensure robust and reliable products.
Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

3"“4 years of experience in Python development for AI or data engineering.

Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.

Proven experience in data pipeline development and maintenance.

Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with IBM Watsonx Orchestrate or similar platforms.

Background in business intelligence, data modeling, or analytics.
