Senior Advanced Services Engineer

As a member of the Support organization, your primary role is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as a dedicated advocate for their needs. Your responsibilities include addressing non-technical customer inquiries through various channels such as phone and electronic communication, along with handling technical questions related to the utilization and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, playing a vital role in establishing and nurturing customer relationships with the Support team. Additionally, you will be expected to offer guidance and support to internal Oracle employees when dealing with a range of customer scenarios and escalated issues. At this career level, designated as IC3, you will be entrusted with handling complex customer interactions and demonstrating a high level of expertise in customer support.
