Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Business Analyst to support the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, in accelerating our direct-to-customer (D2C) revenue growth across Flights and Marketplaces. The ideal candidate will lead innovative growth initiatives, foster collaboration across various departments, and drive digital adoption of products to target revenue growth. This role serves as a critical link between customer insights and internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager in executing D2C growth strategies across Flights and Marketplaces.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital product adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales to align on goals and execution plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns aimed at increasing product usage and revenue.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in business analysis, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of digital product adoption and customer engagement strategies.
