Senior Administrative Assistant, Group Development Management

As a support to the Development Managers in project administration, you will be responsible for various tasks throughout the project development process. This includes assisting in project development works at different stages, administering SAP PO, ARIBA, and related processes, as well as coordinating and liaising for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Tender administration processes. Furthermore, you will support and compile matters related to authority and statutory submission, as well as assist in compiling and coordinating quality standards, records, and documentation. Your role will also involve filing various documentations such as design drawings, contract documents, project correspondences, and records, while maintaining and organizing a filing system for both paper and electronic documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for data collection and compilation, and providing support to coordinate on Audit matters and documentation. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in construction-related, building management, or development fields. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must, and candidates with knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage.
