Senior Admin Assistant / Project Admin, Group Development Management

As a support to the Development Managers, your role will involve assisting in Project Development works at various stages. You will be responsible for administering SAP PO, ARIBA, and related processes, as well as coordinating and liaising for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Tender administration processes. Additionally, you will support and compile matters related to authority and statutory submission matters, compilation and coordination for Quality standards, records, and documentation, and filing various documentations such as design drawings, contract documents, project correspondences, and records. Maintaining and organizing filing systems for paper and electronic documents, data collection and compilation, and providing support to coordinate on Audit matters and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
