We\u2019re seeking a seasoned engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS) function development. You\u2019ll own the end-to-end design, implementation, and validation of perception and fusion algorithms across radar, LiDAR, camera, and GNSS sensors.
Key Responsibilities

Lead ADAS feature design, from requirements gathering through software integration and validation

Develop and optimize simulation environments using CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, IPG TruckMaker, and MATLAB

Configure and run dSPACE tool-chain workflows for HIL and SIL testing

Integrate and validate sensor data streams (radar, LiDAR, camera, GNSS) and develop fusion algorithms

Collaborate with system architects, calibration engineers, and test teams to deliver production-ready solutions

Drive continuous improvement: code reviews, performance profiling, and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics Engineering

Strong simulation expertise with industry tools:

CARLA

NVIDIA Isaac Sim

IPG TruckMaker

MATLAB/Simulink

Minimum 6 years in ADAS function development (perception, tracking, fusion)

Hands-on experience with dSPACE tool-chain (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, etc.)

Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and ROS

Sensor domain expertise:

Radar: Continental, Bosch, Aptiv

LiDAR: Ouster

Cameras: stereo and monocular setups

GNSS integration and data processing
