Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our evening shift operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in core accounting, GST, and reporting, with strong software proficiency and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliation
• File GST, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
• Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in audits
• Support US-based client accounts (training will be provided)
• Work with Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books as per project needs
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books
• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable with Evening Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali

Compensation:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on experience and skillset)
