Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional with strong exposure to digital marketing billing, online transactions, and reconciliations. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting for online and retail transactions, payment gateway reconciliations, and working in a UK-shift Accounts BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle digital marketing billing, revenue accounting, commissions, and collections
  
• Manage online retail transactions, recording, collections, refunds, and settlements
  
• Perform payment gateway and bank retail collection reconciliations
  
• Import and export data between online trading platforms and accounting systems
  
• Support online transaction settlements with suppliers
  
• Work closely with UK-based teams for accounting and reconciliation activities
  

Essential Technical Skills

• Knowledge of

  Sage Accounting

  (2-4years)
• Digital marketing billing & revenue accounting (2-4years)
  
• Digital marketing commissions & collections (2-4years)
  
• Online retail accounting & collections (2-4years)
  
• Online transactions support, refunds (1-2 years)
  
• Online transaction settlement with suppliers (2-4 years)
  
• Payment gateway reconciliations (1-2 years)
  
• Bank retail collections reconciliations (2-4 years)
  
• Data import/export between online platforms and accounting systems (2-4years)
  

Essential Non-Technical Skills

• Experience working in an

  Accounts BPO setup

  (2-3years)
• Comfortable working in

  UK shift timings

• Strong communication skills for

  independent interaction with UK teams

Nice to Have (Highly Desirable) Skills

• Database knowledge
  
• Advanced Excel skills (data mapping, mail merge, volume transaction handling)
  
• Excel integration with accounting systems (import/export)
  
• Experience with AI and analytical tools
