Senior Accounts & Audit Manager

As an experienced professional in the field of audit and accounting, your role will involve leading and executing various audits for clients in India and UAE. This includes statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits. You will be responsible for reviewing and finalizing financial statements, audit reports, and management letters. Additionally, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior employees and associates to ensure the delivery of quality work within set timelines. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze financial records to identify process improvements, risks, and opportunities for clients. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will be instrumental in maintaining professional service delivery and fostering client relationships. It is essential to stay updated with changes in tax laws, audit standards, and regulatory requirements in both jurisdictions to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits for clients in India and UAE. - Review and finalize financial statements, audit reports, and management letters. - Supervise and mentor junior employees and associates to ensure quality work and timely delivery. - Analyze financial records to identify process improvements, risks, and opportunities. - Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring professional service delivery and relationship management. - Stay updated with changes in tax laws, audit standards, and regulatory requirements in both jurisdictions. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1+ years of post-qualification experience in audit and accounting, preferably in a CA firm. - Experience in Finance and Accounting. - Ability to conduct Financial Audits with strong attention to detail. - Good organizational and communication skills.,
