As an experienced professional in audit and accounting, you will play a crucial role in providing Accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit, and Audit Services to clients in India and UAE. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits for clients in both countries. - Reviewing and finalizing financial statements, audit reports, and management letters. - Supervising and mentoring junior employees and associates to ensure the delivery of quality work within timelines. - Analyzing financial records to identify process improvements, risks, and opportunities. - Serving as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure professional service delivery and effective relationship management. - Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws, audit standards, and regulatory requirements in India and UAE. Qualifications required for this role: - A minimum of 1+ years of post-qualification experience in audit and accounting, preferably in a CA firm. - Experience in Finance and Accounting. - Ability to conduct Financial Audits with a strong attention to detail. - Good organizational and communication skills.
