Senior Accounting Partner for Production

Role Overview: You will be joining the production accounting team of the CoE in a brand new team that aims to connect Finance to the future through innovative, sustainable, and simple solutions. Your main responsibility will be to ensure reliable accounting, compliance with Group standards, and oversee the smooth execution of internal and external audits within your scope. Additionally, you will be implementing action plans to enhance efficiency and accounting quality, as well as assuring the implementation of Internal Control Policies in the Accounting Domain for your perimeter. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure reliable accounting and compliance with Group standards within your scope - Responsible for consolidation, foreign exchange, and tax calculation - Oversee the smooth execution of internal and external audits - Act as a point of contact with Decathlon's other financial departments - Conduct monthly controls and analyses, as well as a comprehensive quarterly review of financial statements - Implement action plans to enhance efficiency and accounting quality within your scope - Assure the implementation of Internal Control Policies in the Accounting Domain for your perimeter Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management - First successful experience in a company or a financial audit firm would be a real asset - Strong knowledge of key accounting cycles - Proficiency in Excel and data management - Professional-level English proficiency - Attention to detail and rigor - Adaptability to changes - Strong communication skills - Autonomy and decision-making ability - Excellent interpersonal skills - Competitive and challenge-driven mindset - Ability to question and improve existing processes Note: The JD does not contain any additional details about the company.,
