Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records including ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Generate monthly and annual financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation/deduction of ESI, PF, and other statutory benefits.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accurate documentation of all accounting and financial activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency with Tally and Zoho Books (or similar accounting software).
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and salary structuring.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
