About the Role

RCM Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry, hospital finance, medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage vendor payments, customer collections and outstanding receivables.
• Perform regular bank, ledger, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations..
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Monitor accounts receivable, ageing reports and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with operations, billing and finance teams for smooth financial processes.

Industry-Specific Responsibilities – Healthcare Preferred

• Experience in healthcare accounting, hospital finance, medical billing or RCM operations.
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, billing, collections and claim reconciliation.
• Knowledge of insurance and TPA receivables and payment reconciliation.
• Experience in managing healthcare-related vendor payments and operational expenses.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• M.Com / MBA Finance or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle or other accounting ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently working in hospitals, healthcare organizations, medical billing companies, healthcare BPOs or RCM organizations will be preferred.
• Ability to independently manage accounting activities and financial reporting.

Compensation

₹4–8 LPA, depending on experience, qualifications and current compensation.
