Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Tally or ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management
Finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure timely compliance
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Monitor payables and receivables and coordinate with vendors and clients
Supervise junior accountants and support audit processes
Liaise with internal teams, CA firms, and financial institutions
Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis for decision-making
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Good communication and leadership skills
Accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work independently
