Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting budgeting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  
• Proffered Manufacturing or CA firm candidates background

• At least 100 entries per day.

• GST 1,2B,3B,43,42,TDS & GST returning Filling.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
  
• Supervise and guide junior accountants and support staff.
  
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
  
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for management decision-making.
  
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
  
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in closing books of accounts.
  
• Support process improvements and implementation of accounting systems or ERP tools.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

• Min 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,Oracle or any systems).
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
