Senior Accountant

As an OEM Manufacturer of Domestic Electrical Switches, Sockets, and Accessories, your role will involve various responsibilities: - Creating and sending Purchase Orders - Checking and verifying Sales Orders - Tracking real-time status of Purchase and Sales Orders - Directly communicating with vendors and client company for follow-ups and order status - Handling Accounts independently using Tally Prime - Creating, checking, and verifying Invoices, Challans, etc. - Filing of all necessary documents - Maintaining daily Stock Statements using Excel and Tally Prime - Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation - Managing Petty Cash - GST Return Filing - TDS Return Filing - Assisting and coordinating for Annual Tax Audit and IT Returns with CA Firm - Creating Ad-Hoc reports as required in Excel Your technical expertise and skills should include: - In-depth knowledge of Accounting - Proficiency in Windows Computer Operation and software like MS Excel and Tally Prime - Clear communication skills in Hindi (verbal) and English / Hinglish (writing) Qualifications required: - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Banking - Additional specialized courses in Accounting would be advantageous You should have 5-7 years of experience in a similar or related profile.
