SENIOR ACCOUNTANT IMMIDIATE JOINER

Role Overview:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, compliance with statutory requirements, and providing support in financial planning and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management for business decision-making.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required information and resolving queries.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasts.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Guide and mentor junior accountants and support staff.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Support in strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives. Finalisation of Balancesheet,

Profit and Loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/CPA/ICWA preferred).
• Minimum 

  5 to7 years of accounting/finance experience

  , with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (GAAP/IFRS), and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
