Job Description

As an Accountant, your role will involve coordinating accounting functions and programs, preparing financial analyses, reports, revenue projections, and forecasting expenditures. You will also assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts, and preparing for annual audits. In case of audit findings or account discrepancies, you will investigate and resolve them efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns. Your contribution to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures will be crucial. Moreover, you will perform other accounting duties and provide support to junior staff as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA certification preferred - Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations - Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team The company offers health insurance as a benefit for this full-time position with day shift schedule.
