Senior Account Manager

Experience: 15 to 18 years

Expertise in banking operations related to Manufacturing / Export sectors

Preferred Qualification: M. Com / Professional Certifications/ CMA

Salary : upto 8LPA

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accounts Manager with 15-18 years of

experience in the manufacturing industry who can lead and manage the accounts

team independently. The candidate should be well-versed in financial reporting,

taxation, audits, and managing group company accounts, with a strong

understanding of industry compliances and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations of group companies.
• Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports.
• Finalize Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Handle Export & Import documentation processes.
• File GST returns, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory reports.
• Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other
• financial documents.
• Monitor and control company expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Maintain accounting ledgers and perform periodic account reconciliations.
• Generate and manage collection and disbursement reports.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Handle Bank reconciliations, loan renewals, Letters of Credit (L.C), Bank Guarantees
• (B.G), and Packing Credit Loans (PCL).
• Ensure compliance for tax audits, company audits, and GST audits.
• Manage and respond to tax/GST assessments.
• Function as an internal auditor to ensure financial accuracy and process integrity.
• Exhibit strong communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.
• Willingness to travel to factory locations as required.
