Senior Account Executive - USA Market

As a Senior Account Executive at our company based in Bangalore, India, your role will involve driving growth in International markets. You should have 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in complex products with an international go-to-market focus. You must have a track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas in SMB and Mid-Market segments. Experience in HR Tech or exposure to the US market is considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting & New Business: Fearlessly hunt and build pipeline in International markets. - Account Expansion: Network within customer accounts, identify additional opportunities, and develop multi-level stakeholder relationships. - Closing Deals: Own deals from qualification through demos, negotiations, and final closures for SMB and Mid-Market accounts. - Sales Excellence: Qualify leads, convert them into opportunities, conduct product demos, and maintain account activity documentation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as Marketing, BDRs, and AEs to accelerate sales cycles and provide feedback on campaigns and messaging. - Pipeline Growth: Partner closely with BDRs and fellow AEs to accelerate International business expansion. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of proven SaaS Sales experience with International markets. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Experience selling into SMB & Mid-Market customers across various geographies. - Strong consultative selling skills, capable of presenting complex solutions effectively at different organizational levels. - Prior experience in HR Tech or the US SaaS market is a significant advantage. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-growth environment.,
