Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Advisor located in Bengaluru at SHRS - SARIKA HR SOLUTIONS. The Senior Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, advising on educational programs, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as one-on-one student advising, developing academic plans, and supporting students through their educational journey.

• Background in Education
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Master&aposs degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
