Job Description

Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for 5G signaling protocols (e.g., NR, RRC, NAS) based on system requirements and specifications.

Test Execution: Execute functional, integration, and performance testing of 5G signaling protocols and features, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, utilizing tools such as Python, Robot Framework, or similar.

Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.

Performance Analysis: Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve system performance and reliability.

Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, system architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 5G technologies and testing methodologies, and contribute to process improvements within the testing team.

Your qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on telecommunications and 5G signaling protocols.

Strong knowledge of 5G signaling protocols, including but not limited to NR, RRC, NAS, and their respective testing methodologies.

Experience with testing tools and frameworks for protocol analysis and performance testing.

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
