Additionally, you will optimize assets for performance and visual fidelity across various platforms. As a Senior 3D Artist, you will review and provide constructive feedback on the work of junior and mid-level artists. Troubleshooting and overcoming technical challenges related to 3D pipelines will be part of your routine. It is essential to maintain documentation of asset creation workflows and adhere to best practices. Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques is also expected.
