As a GDS Assurance Senior Audit in Kerala (Kochi, Trivandrum), your role involves managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the timeliness and quality of work by the Global Delivery Services team. You will need technical knowledge of Assurance and accounting standards, strong project management skills, and effective communication and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Adapt the Assurance approach to the evolving client environment. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of complex accounting and Assurance concepts and apply them to client situations. - Develop team members by delegating tasks, providing guidance, feedback, and training. - Cultivate an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment. - Utilize technology for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improved service delivery. - Maintain an educational program for skill development and understanding of EY's service lines. Qualifications Required: - ACCA Affiliates with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging engagements, manage small teams, and gain exposure to both domestic and multinational clients. This role offers a blended experience for CAs seeking exposure to IFRS/ ISAs/ multinational companies while retaining domestic client experience. Technical Competencies / Skills Required: - Assurance Technical skills: good knowledge of InDAAS standards, with working knowledge of ISAs as an advantage. - Accounting Standards: good working knowledge of GAAP and financial performance and measurement concepts, with working knowledge of IFRS as an advantage.
