Selenium Tester

Role Overview: You should have at least 3 years of experience in Selenium automation QA testing, including writing test scripts for integration, regression, and system testing phases. Your main responsibilities will involve analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Test Life Cycle. Collaboration with other team members and departments will be crucial for the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Write test scripts for various test phases such as integration, regression, and system testing - Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility - Collaborate closely with other team members and departments - Conduct Web Services testing using tools like SOAPUI and POSTMAN for REST and SOAP testing - Work with SQL/MySQL databases and their declarative query language; knowledge of NOSQL is an added advantage - Utilize version control tools like Git and Subversion - Implement different kinds of test automation frameworks - Perform Security Testing, Performance Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing - Understand Continuous Integration and Testing principles and tools - Gain knowledge of how web applications function, including security and session management - Familiarize yourself with UI, Batch Jobs, Message Brokers, and general web functions and standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium automation QA testing - Proficiency in writing test scripts for integration, regression, and system testing - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Test Life Cycle - Experience with Web Services testing tools like SOAPUI and POSTMAN - Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases and declarative query language; knowledge of NOSQL is a plus - Knowledge of version control tools like Git and Subversion - Experience in implementing test automation frameworks - Understanding of Security Testing, Performance Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing - Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Testing principles and tools - Understanding of web application functionality including security, session management, UI, Batch Jobs, Message Brokers, and general web functions and standards,
