Roles and Responsibilities –
· Providing guidance to farmers, inspecting fields, rogueing, and other tasks as needed to ensure compliance with seed certifying agencies.
. Drafting skills is needed
· Outsourced crop residual testing and documentation, with final submission to the SSCA.
· To be a bridge between farmers and organization on seed processing and financial settlements.
· To Collaborate with agricultural researchers to introduce improved seed varieties and novel farming practices tailored to local conditions.
· Can accurately record seed production activities, quality assessments, and distribution logs; generate reports for management and regulatory agencies.
· Should be familiar with seasonal crops and have expertise in a variety of agricultural species.
· Understand the tag information for breeders foundation-certified seeds and TL seeds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
