The role available is for a Full-Time position at HM CLAUSE, located in Bangalore, India. As the Seed Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate records of seed import and export activities. You will be in charge of updating the seed inventory, monitoring the seed vault, and collaborating closely with the Research & Development (R&D) and other cross-functional teams to enhance seed traceability processes. Your duties will include preparing reports for local and global management teams, providing data during audits, and continuously improving seed traceability processes. You will work with the Operations team to ensure proper maintenance of seed vaults and streamline workflows related to germplasm administration. Additionally, you will support the internal phytosanitation process and maintain accurate documentation. As the Seed Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing seed movement processes recommended by global and local management teams. You will actively participate in working groups, train personnel on R&D seed movements, oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and traceability, and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of seed shipment and traceability, excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders across India and internationally, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in computer skills. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in seed operations and traceability.
