Collaborate with hardware, QA, security, and systems architecture teams to define and review software requirements, architectures, and safety concepts Ensure software quality through rigorous unit/integration testing, static analysis, and code reviews, in accordance with industry safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C). Architect solutions to complex issues that involves interactions between components partitioned across software stack Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes for functional safety, reliability, and security. Required Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field 4 - 6 years of hands-on development experience in embedded systems and firmware Strong proficiency in C/C++ and low level embedded programming techniques Solid understanding of ARM architecture, hardware abstraction, and board-level programming. Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing device drivers (UART, GPIO, SPI, timers, MMU, interrupt controllers). Familiarity with functional safety or real-time system design principles and standards Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools, and hardware debugging Good communication and interpersonal skills
