Security Supervisor - Hr & Admin

• Overall responsibility to ensure the safety and security of the factory premises, plant buildings, machinery, documents, and all company property.
• Efficiently supervise and manage the Security Personnel during the assigned duty.
• Train Security Personnel in all security drills and procedures as outlined in the Standing Orders.
• Deploy Security Guards appropriately during the shift.
• Make periodic rounds of sentry posts to check alertness and compliance with Standing Orders.
• Inspect the logbooks for entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles, and stores at the start and end of each shift.
• Be fully accountable for all incidents and activities during the shift.
• Conduct thorough checks and verification of all incoming and outgoing materials/mails, both physically and through documentation (Dispatch/Incoming Materials).
• Oversee parking management and ensure overall vehicle security.
• Control gate access and manage vendor entries and movements.
• Respond effectively to emergencies including First Aid, Fire Alarms, and other crisis situations.

Qualifications:

• Matric pass
• Ex-serviceman preferred
