Job Description: Security Supervisor Overall responsibility to ensure the safety and security of the factory premises, plant buildings, machinery, documents, and all company property. Efficiently supervise and manage the Security Personnel during the assigned duty. Train Security Personnel in all security drills and procedures as outlined in the Standing Orders. Deploy Security Guards appropriately during the shift. Make periodic rounds of sentry posts to check alertness and compliance with Standing Orders.
