Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security staff, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain a secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and coordinate security guards and staff.
Prepare duty rosters and assign responsibilities to security personnel.
Monitor CCTV cameras, patrol areas, and respond to incidents.
Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular security inspections of premises, equipment, and access points.
Prepare incident reports and maintain security records.
Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies.
Handle conflict resolution and ensure a safe workplace environment.
Provide regular updates to management regarding security operations.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass/Graduate – customize as per your need].
Prior experience in security (armed/unarmed) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
