Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and security within the hospital premises.
• Monitor entry and exit of patients, visitors, and staff.
• Support in managing emergencies and crises calmly and effectively.
• Assist in handling difficult situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospital/healthcare security preferred.
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations in a psychiatric hospital setting.
• Minimum qualification: [SSLC / Plus Two].
