Security Project Manager

As a Security Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering information security or physical security-related projects. Your expertise in security coupled with project management skills will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our security system. Key Responsibilities: - Overall planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of security projects. - Coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth project progress. - Develop project plans, timelines, key milestones, and risk response measures. - Track project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure on-time delivery. - Supervise the implementation of security solutions, process improvements, and policy execution. - Manage suppliers or outsourced teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements. - Conduct acceptance and quality checks on project deliverables to meet security standards. - Prepare project documents, reports, and security assessment materials for decision-making support. - Track security development trends and propose optimization suggestions and new project plans. - Organize security training and awareness campaigns for internal team enhancement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in information security or project management; security project management experience preferred. - Familiarity with information security standards (ISO27001, NIST, CIS, etc.) or physical security management processes. - Project management skills and familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project. - Understanding of security technologies and solutions including network, application, cloud, and data security. - Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. - Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate project risks. - Proficient in English reading and writing to comprehend technical documents and reports.
